I completed my bachelor degree in nutrition and food supply management, followed by a master in Public Health Nutrition in Germany. For my master thesis I did an internship at the University of Turku, Finland, focusing on eating behavior and its relation to lifestyle in pregnancy and postpartum.
For my PhD Thesis I will focus on the effect of a plant-based diet on health in the older population. My project is part of the Horizon 2020 RISE-WELL project (rise-well.eu), focused on promoting healthy ageing in Europe. The project is funded by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Foundation.
