My name is Anh (pronounced A-e-ng) and I am a new PhD candidate in professor Dr. Bas Heijmans’ group. 

I am from Hanoi, Vietnam. In 2023, I obtained my bachelor’s in Liberal Arts (concentrating on Life Sciences) in Orange County, California, US. Afterwards, I moved to the Netherlands for my master’s degree in Medical Epigenomics at Radboud University, Nijmegen. Now, I am here at LUMC starting my PhD in the epigenomics of vaccine response, focusing on elderly individuals.
